Tim Boarding Agent.
This team is tasked with carrying out administrative and operational activities in the process of docking the ship until the ship sail again, these tasks include : making requests for ship arrivals and departures to Quarantine, Immigration, Customs and port authorities then applying for pilot and tug services. Meet the ship’s captain for the process of checking and handing over ship documents and discussing if there are requests for ship needs while at the port.
STEVEDORING TEAM.
This team is tasked with unloading goods from ship to dock, loading from dock to ship, or loading directly onto cargo trucks to be delivered directly to the warehouse / factory that owns the goods. The team also has a variety of equipment to handle the unloading and loading of various types of goods.
DOCUMENT HANDLING TEAM.
The team is tasked with handling Custom Clearance documents, from receiving of documents to release SPPB letters from Customs.
FLEET & MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT TEAM.
The team is tasked with preparing land transportation facilities (trailer trucks) to bring goods / cargo belonging to customers from the port or transit warehouse to the consignee factory / warehouse. This team also prepares mechanical equipment needed in the process of cargo handling.
WAREHOUSING TEAM.
The team is tasked with receiving, storing, and deliverying the goods coming from the port, this team keeps the goods stored in the warehouse well, so that when received by the Consignee there is no damage to the goods.
CARGO HANDLING TEAM.
After finishing the customs documents, this team is tasked with taking care of the goods from getting off from vessel until the goods arrive at Consignee Factory/Warehouse.
HUMAN SAFETY ENVIRONMENT TEAM.
To always maintain safety and health at work, this team is always tasked with guarding and supervising the course of work so that they always follow standard operating procedures that apply in the work area.
QUALITY ASSURANCE TEAM.
As part of the H.S.E Team, this team works to maintain the quality of service, the quality of the security of the goods being handled, and also always monitors the security and safety of personnel on duty in the field.
SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM.
This team serving customers by providing product and service information; act as a liaison between the customer and the company, assisting with complaints, orders, errors, account inquiries, invoices, cancellations and other inquiries; and resolve product and service issues.
MARKETING & COMMUNICATION TEAM.
This team is tasked with corporate branding (awarness and acknowledgement), conducting promotions (online-offline), optimizing corporate social media, website, providing service information to customers, using segmentation, targeting and positioning methods, so that the information can be received by the right party.
